Dear NAACP Springfield Branch Members and Supporters:

The countdown is on! Our 104th Annual Lincoln-Douglass Freedom Fund Celebration is just days away – Friday, April 25, 2025 – and we want to see you there!

There are several easy ways to Get Your Tickets

  1. Purchase: NAACP PayPal Link (Credit Card payment with added fee), QR Code (Click on Flyer to access QR Code), Cash or Check.  

  2. Delivery: Purchase your ticket and arrange for pickup or delivery. Contact President Randolph Jr., (217) 899-0800 or asrandolphjr@att.net.

  3. Contact: An NAACP Member – Tickets are going fast! 

  4. In-Person: Limited tickets available at our General Membership meeting at 6pm on April 23 at Union Baptist Church,1405 E. Monroe St.

Illinois NAACP State Conference Quarterly Meetings

Greetings NAACP Constituents!   As a reminder, the Illinois State Conference will have its Quarterly Meeting May 3rd. East St. Louis Branch NAACP will host under the facilitation and leadership of President Theodis Pace, commencing at 10:00 a.m. CST at Clyde C. Jordan Senior Citizen Center 6755 State St. East St. Louis, IL 62203, Zoom capabilities will not be provided for this meeting.

Please note that the Quarterly Meetings are mandatory for all Branch Presidents and State Chairs.

Per usual, we will review critical information relating to effective Branch operations and affairs, while also sharing State and National news.  We also have several guest speakers joining our Quarterly Meeting.

Of course, it is the expectation that all Branch Officers and Chairs are present.  Additionally, we welcome all members and guests who are aligned with the mission and vision of the NAACP.

Branch Secretaries, please disseminate this communication to your respective Branch members ASAP–and then again on Friday before meeting (as a reminder).
